Greetings DA! You might say it's been a long time, but time is relative, right? I've been itching for a long time to get more into my creative tendencies but for one reason or another I always tend to put it off. But not today! Life is a crazy mess from what it used to be, but the constant is that I like expression my thoughts and such in one medium or another and since I'm pretty sure I can't draw worth a damn anymore, writing it is! I'm not sure what will work better for me, whether that be a more rigid schedule or just letting things happen as they do, but I'll figure that out later. I'm just glad I got back to it at all for now.

So! I just saved a lot of money by switching my car insurance to Geico! (I really did, actually) and due to this, I'm willing to pay for a 3-month subscription to the person that submits a story title that I'm happy with. I'd like for the title to have something to do with the story, but a good name that works overall might also do the trick. There's really no restrictions here, just get your creative juices flowing and post on the comments here to enter the contest. The winner will also get to include an OC into my story, as long as they're normal enough to go into a fiction story. (this means no magical powers, odd colors for hair, non human race, etc.) If you want to just exclude those special features that's fine, so if you win just submit a brief description of their personality and a reference picture so I can get an idea of what your character is like and I'll include that character in my story as a cameo later on, referring to you as the creator in the comments section.

Story updates are a-coming. I had finished part 6, but it didn't sit well with me, so I took it down. I'm also going to be cutting out the last portion of part 5, cause that was... well, i think that part alone is making me hate this story, lol. so it's gotta go.

Anyway, I need suggestions for what to name this project! Maybe once I'm not so unbelievably poor I'll give someone a small sub as a reward for me picking their name suggestion?

on to other news said she was interested in doing some character design and other illustration work for my story, so if she's cool with it maybe we can get some of that work posted and up for ya'll to view! This collaboration is actually pretty exciting for me. I've never done anything like that before Oh! On top of a sub, I'll let whomever comes up with the best name submit a character or character design that I can incorporate into my story! There's some incentive... right?
